Good afternoon readers, Thursday has arrived and it seems to be a warm one! Isn’t this British weather strange? One minute it’s sunshine and rainbows, then next the rain hits. Oh well, I guess that’s part of the British life!
Let’s hope the weather stays like this for when I head to my Caravan this weekend. Even though the general tradition of being at a Caravan usually entails being sat inside hearing the rain hit the roof, it would be extremely nice to experience something different.
Just the thought of grabbing a book from my Sheesham Bookcase and reading outside is giving me Goosebumps. I’ve never really been much of a big reader to be honest, however recently I gave the concept a whirl and at the moment it’s been great! Sitting back escaping from the real world for half an hour or so, truly is a relaxing.
Harry Potter, Wizard of Oz, Vampire Academy, Supernatural, Teen Wolf and Dracula have all been read! As you can probably tell by the books mentioned, I’m slightly a huge fan of the Supernatural world, when things that can’t be explained are slowly understood and uncovered for what they are.
When reading these books, there has been one thing that has been standing right out at me. This is that the films miss so much out of the story line, leaving some of the best parts out. Now, this really has struck a nerve; why do they do it?
So I’ve done a bit of research and apparemtly the costs would have been too high as well as them predicting that the story would be too boring, eventually leading to the viewers switching it off. Personally, I highly doubt that as almost everyone loves a build making the climax worth the wait.
Anyway, on that I shall see you all tomorrow here at Wooden Bookcases for the next daily blog.
